SaaS Development

Subscription software built from first version to paying customers: multi-tenant architecture, billing, onboarding, and an admin console, by a team that runs six platforms of its own.

Who it's for

A good fit when one of these sounds familiar.

You have a software idea for one industry and want to sell it to many businesses on a monthly subscription.

You built a tool for your own company, and other companies are asking to use it.

Your product works for a few customers, but each new one means a separate copy, manual setup, and more servers to look after.

You need plans, trials, invoices, and usage limits, and do not want to build billing from scratch.

Your current SaaS is hard to scale, slow to change, or depends on one developer.

What you receive

Concrete outputs at every stage, so you always know what you are paying for.

01

Written first-version scope and price

The smallest version that proves value, with features, timeline, and price in writing before any work starts.

02

Multi-tenant architecture

One platform that serves every customer, with each customer's data kept separate and secure.

03

Accounts, roles, and onboarding

Sign-up, invitations, roles and permissions, and a first-run setup that gets new customers working without your help.

04

Subscriptions and billing

Plans, trials, invoices, and limits, connected to a payment provider that works in your market.

05

Admin console

Your own back office to manage customers, plans, usage, and support requests.

06

Hosting, monitoring, and handover

Deployed to the cloud with backups and monitoring, plus the full source code, documentation, and a technical walkthrough.

Our process

How we deliver

Four steps, each agreed with you before it starts, so you always know what happens next.

01

First-version scope

We agree the smallest version that proves value and put its scope, timeline, and price in writing.

02

Architecture and billing

We design the multi-tenant setup, accounts, plans, and billing before the build starts.

03

Build and launch

We build the first version with regular demos and launch it to your first customers.

04

Learn and grow

We plan each next release from real usage and customer feedback.

How we can work together

Choose the model that matches how clear your requirements are today.

First version

A fixed-scope first release to put in front of paying customers. Scope, timeline, and price agreed in the written proposal.

Phased roadmap

After launch, each next release is planned from real usage and customer feedback.

Hosting and support

We run, monitor, and update the platform under a support agreement, so you can focus on selling it.

How long does it take?

It depends on the scope of the first version, so the timeline is set in the written proposal after the discovery call. We keep the first release small on purpose, so you can start selling and learning sooner.

Questions about SaaS Development

Straight answers to what clients ask before they get in touch.

What does multi-tenant mean?
One application serves all your customers, with each customer's data kept separate. Hosting and updates stay simple: you ship a fix once and every customer gets it.
Who owns the product and its code?
You do. The full source code is handed over with documentation and a technical walkthrough, so the product stays yours. Third-party components keep their own licenses.
How much does it cost to build a SaaS product?
It depends on the scope of the first version, the integrations, and the platforms involved. After a 30-minute discovery call we send a written proposal with the scope, timeline, and price before any work starts.
Which payment providers can you connect?
Stripe in the US and the UAE, PayTabs or Paymob across the Gulf, or the regional gateway your bank works with. We confirm the right provider for your market and currency during scoping.
Can you host and run the platform for us?
Yes. We can deploy it to the cloud, monitor it, and keep it updated under a support agreement, or hand it over to your own team with the code and documentation.
Can the product support Arabic and other languages?
Yes. We build multilingual products with right-to-left layouts for Arabic, alongside English, French, and Turkish.
