FidaTek Türkiye Ltd. ("FidaTek", "we") is a technology company headquartered at İstanbul Outlet Park, Cumhuriyet Mahallesi, E-5 Yanyolu, 34522 Büyükçekmece/İstanbul, Türkiye. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to respond to you and to run this website:

• Contact form: name, work email, phone number, company (optional), project type, budget range (optional), and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Job applications: your CV and the details you send to career@fidatek.com.tr.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and approximate location derived from your IP.
• Campaign data: the page you landed on, the referrer, and UTM/click identifiers when you arrive from an ad or campaign.
• Usage analytics: page views and interaction events, only if you accept analytics cookies.

3. How we use your data

We use the data above to:

• Respond to your inquiries and prepare proposals.
• Provide and improve our services and this website.
• Send you updates you explicitly asked for (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Measure site and campaign performance.

Job applications are kept while the role is open and, if you agree, for future openings. You can ask us to delete your CV at any time.

• Ask for correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

• Complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK) or, under GDPR, to your local supervisory authority.

We use HTTPS across the site, store data with access controls, and collect only what we need. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.
