Overview

FidaMarket gives your business a complete online store from day one.

Customers shop on your website or in your own iOS and Android apps, your delivery staff complete orders from their own app, and your team manages products, orders, shipping, and promotions from one admin panel. When you are ready to grow into a marketplace, multi-vendor mode lets other sellers open shops in your store while you control commissions and approvals. FidaTek brands it as your own, configures it for your currency, languages, and payment providers, and supports it after launch.

Business outcomes

What FidaMarket changes for your operation.

01

Launch on a proven foundation instead of building from zero.

Store, payment, delivery, and mobile flows already work together, so your budget goes into branding, local integrations, and growth.

02

Sell directly, without marketplace commissions.

Customers buy from your own website and apps, so you keep the margin and the customer relationship instead of paying a marketplace on every order.

03

Own your brand, customers, and data.

Your storefront, apps, and customer records sit under your name, not inside someone else's marketplace.

We deploy to production, publish any mobile apps under your own store accounts, and train your team.

04

Support and updates

Monitoring, security patches, platform updates, and help from the team that set it up.

Plan your FidaMarket launch

What to confirm before requesting a demo or project quote.

Who it fits

For retailers and brands that want their own online store and shopping apps instead of selling only through marketplaces. Businesses that plan to bring other sellers on board can switch on multi-vendor mode.

What shapes the scope and quote

Define your catalog import, payment providers, shipping and delivery operations, and whether you need multi-vendor mode. Languages, integrations and custom workflows help determine the project quote.

What to check in your demo

Ask to follow an order from the storefront through checkout, delivery and the admin panel. Confirm which interfaces and payment integrations belong in your launch scope.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about FidaMarket.

Can FidaMarket run as a single online store?
Yes. FidaMarket can run as your own store: one brand, one catalog, and your own website and apps. If you do not need a marketplace, we set it up in single-store mode with seller registration turned off.
Can we add other sellers later?
Yes. Switch on multi-vendor mode and each seller gets a shop, a panel, and a mobile app to manage products, stock, orders, and withdrawals, while you approve products and set commission rules centrally.
Can we run our own delivery team?
Yes. FidaMarket includes a delivery app for your delivery staff, with assigned orders, live maps, proof of delivery by photo or OTP, cash-on-delivery collection, and earnings and withdrawals. In multi-vendor mode, sellers can also ship their own orders.
Will the platform carry our brand rather than FidaTek's?
Yes. We apply your name, logo, colors, and app identity across the website, apps, emails, and invoices, and publish the apps under your own store accounts.
Where is my store hosted?
On the managed plan, on its own cloud server, not shared hosting, so other sites never slow it down. The server is in a region close to your customers, with SSL, daily backups kept off the server, and monitoring.
Which payment methods are supported?
FidaMarket supports multiple online payment gateways, cash on delivery, offline payments, and a customer wallet. We connect the providers you use in your market as part of the project.
Does it support Turkish and Arabic?
Yes. The platform is multi-language, with right-to-left layouts for Arabic and support for multiple currencies.
